The remainder of Steven Stelmach, Jr's foundation was solidified in education.   He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in 1968, before graduating with his Juris Doctor Degree from the Detroit College of Law in December, 1974 in the upper third of his class.   Thereafter, he was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan on April 7, 1975.
